Neocortex joins Fal Startup Program

We are happy to announce that Neocortex has been selected for the Fal Startup Program in Europe. This program supports startups that are building new media products.

At Neocortex, our goal is to help game developers create dynamic non-playable characters (NPCs). As our platform grows, we are focusing on giving developers more ways to shape how their characters look and behave. Having a reliable backend is important for making these features accessible and responsive.

Leveraging Fal's Infrastructure

Fal provides fast and scalable infrastructure for running AI models through simple APIs. By joining the Fal Startup Program, we are gaining access to the hardware and tools we need to power our media features.

One of our main goals with this grant is to help users add rich visual details to the characters they create. We plan to focus heavily on integrating advanced image models, allowing developers to generate unique character portraits, and visual assets directly within the Neocortex platform and our SDKs.

This means we can spend more time building useful tools for developers, rather than managing GPUs and scaling server infrastructure.

Being part of the Fal Startup Program helps us deliver a more complete toolset for game studios.

With Fal handling the infrastructure for our image and media models, we can ensure that generating character art and other visual assets is quick and reliable. This makes it easier for developers to bring their ideas to life, from the initial character concept down to the final visual details, all within their existing workflow.
